I’m Roger Campbell, an enterprise technology leader. My background spans strategic accounts, healthcare systems, organizational growth, and long-term client partnerships.
With experience across companies including Dynatrace, VMware, Dell Technologies, and board leadership within the financial sector, I’m known for helping organizations navigate complexity, strengthen relationships, and align technology with business outcomes.
As a U.S. Navy veteran, my leadership style is grounded in trust, accountability, and a long-term perspective on growth.

What Makes Me Tick
Outside of enterprise technology and strategic leadership, my wife Jez and I spend much of our time either traveling the world or building on our lives in the PNW, stewarding our 12 acres, planting trees, wrangling blackberries and hiking for miles and miles with our dogs Chewbacca and Luna. Nothing balances navigating organizational growth like jumping on my excavator or tractor to move some dirt.
